At Forge & Time, we take pride in offering memorable, hands-on watchmaking experiences and quality products. Our policies are designed to be fair to both our guests and our team. Please review the following carefully before booking or purchasing.
1. Workshop Bookings
Once you book a workshop session, your seat and materials are reserved specifically for you.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule or refund your workshop session with at least 7 full days’ notice before your scheduled date by emailing forgeandtime@gmail.com.
No cancellations or reschedules are permitted within 7 days of your scheduled workshop. Bookings made within this window are final and non-refundable.
No-shows: Guests who do not attend their scheduled session without notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Gift certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
2. Product Returns
We offer returns under the following conditions:
Return Period: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or assembled watches (including those built during workshops)
Gift cards

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
A 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover non-recoverable payment processing costs.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at forgeandtime@gmail.com and send your item to the address provided in the email.
