Workshop bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the timeframe stated on our booking page or confirmation email.
Forge & Time reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop for reasons including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or insufficient attendance. In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund.
By registering for and attending a Forge & Time workshop, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the event.
You grant Forge & Time the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish such media in any format — including but not limited to social media, website content, promotional materials, and advertisements — without compensation or further consent.
If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please notify our staff before the start of your workshop, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details on our website and promotional materials are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free or current.
If a product or workshop experience differs materially from what was described, your remedy is limited to a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Forge & Time, including its owners, employees, and agents, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
participation in workshops or events,
use of any tools, components, or materials during workshops, or
use of our website or products.
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided during workshops and acknowledge that participation is at their own risk.
